The Migrational Motive
Abstract
The paper justifies the thesis that the main problem of the migration phenomenon and describing it theoretical concepts is the need of finding the answer to the question why in approximately equal conditions there are people and groups of people who take migrational actions, while others - not. As a "working" response comes teaching of Russian ethnologist L.N. Gumilеv for the "passionarnost". The paper defends the position that viewed through the lens of this doctrine, modern migration not only threatens Europe and Bulgaria, but on the contrary - by providing "support" from millions "passionar" individuals, it creates a "demographic-creative" preconditions for their existence in the global era .
